Overview: Muskoka Bakery & Cafe is a family style restaurant located on the Main Street of Huntsville. The cafe provides the customers with fresh made baked goods carefully made from scratch .
Brand Strategy: The target audience are 40-45 old professionals employed to small or medium business sector. Both males and females, who are married and have kids. They are looking for a fun family place fora weekend brunch, served with good food in entertaining style. Or a nice little cafe to enjoy the first part of their day-off.

“The Buttery“ promotes has very casual and relaxed atmosphere of cottage lifestyle. The use of soft colors and hand-lettering, provides the idea that all the products are made from special recipes tested with time. Incorporation of retro typography supposts the atisan theme of the cafe. This color palette is associated with something old-fashioned and homey, something that our target audience want to experience before in Muskoka region(Ontario cottage country).
